Jessica

Jessica felt like a hollow shell of the energetic, motivated, and outgoing woman she once was.


As a mom of a toddler and business owner, she felt like she was drowning.


Her symptoms started with mid-day crashes and needing a second (or third) cup of coffee to get through her day.


This was unusual for her, but most of her friends experienced the same thing so she chalked it up to “mom life.” But as time went on, new or worsening symptoms began to stack up until she barely recognized herself.


The brain fog made work difficult.


New breakouts around the chin, hair-loss, and 10 pounds that seemed to come out of no-where left Jessica feeling frustrated and self-conscious.


She found herself wanting to stay home and avoid being social more often than not. On top of that, her cycles were becoming irregular. They would come early, late, or not at all.

Jessica tried a few things she saw on Instagram. A juice cleanse that left her feeling worse than ever, hundreds of dollars in supplements that seemed to do nothing, and a short stint with the KETO diet which caused her anxiety to ramp up big time.


After seeing her doctor and running a few tests, she was diagnosed with PCOS. She was happy to finally have some answers, but was not satisfied with just taking birth control to mask her symptoms. After doing some of her own research, she discovered that PCOS is linked to insulin resistance. As she dug further, she was shocked to find that ALL of her symptoms seemed to be pointing to irregular levels of insulin and glucose.


Jessica knew she needed to make a change, but needed help to do it. She finally had some hope that she could feel like herself again.
